- getSetting(Setting) This gets a setting from the database
- generateTranscriptID(length) Generates a random Transcript ID
- sendAutoClose(ticket, time, count) Sends an auto close warning
- sendSettingsMenu(message, edit) this isn't
public yet
- downloadFile(url, filename) This downloads files from tickets (This is used to download photos temp)
- getTranscript (bot, channelID, guild) This generates the HTML for the transcript

Yes I didn't like the old layout I am now doing this manually
